I didn't expect the suspension of my first account to be lifted anyway, but does being suspended once mean that I will never play? and it is my most natural right to want to play a few months later. I would appreciate if you take care of this issue.

I don't remember exactly, it's been a while since my account was banned. There was a bug while fighting the police with the Sawn gun and I was banned before I could explain. After a long time, when I checked it, I saw that it was not opened and I wanted to open a new account and continue the game. Because I liked the server. I don't see an action like escaping the ban here? I think it's normal behavior to want to create an account and play again.

I encountered a bug during the battle with the sawn gun. I ran out of bullets and although I had bullets, the character did not fill the bullet and I did not know how it looked from the outside. I was banned before I had a chance to express myself.I think I got banned for unlimited bullets.
