Maybe it is because you've filled the form wrongfully, of course if you've filled it.
You missed that part:
Reward recipient FORUM ACCOUNT ID and Name
Enter the ID of the FORUM ACCOUNT for the player that will receive the donator rank. Visit their profile on the forums and get their ID from the web address. For example:
https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1233 - In that example, the ID is 1234. If the player does not have a forum account or you do not know it, leave this blank. They can request the rank be set later.
