I didn't get my 70% after property got sold because of inactivity

I've been trying to create a forums account for 2-3 days now but I couldn't and now finally it worked after contacting an admin. So I was inactive for like almost 2 months and my property got sold due to inactivity. When I joined back like 2-3 days ago it showed me a message that it got sold and 70% has been credited in my account (the property costed like 270-280k). I checked my balance and it wasn't there, so now that I can finally create a thread can someone please help me

Do you have any proof that you owned those properties? Even the message stating that your property was sold would suffice.

Uh no, the message disappeared because of the chat flooding fast so I didn't have enough time to take a screenshot. Isn't there any logs about the property purchases?

Take screenshots of ur logs. If u find it difficult there is also option of chat filter.

I've checked cash transactions as well as full logs of your actions from 28/10/2022 at 9:00 AM, there's no data on receiving money for sold property. I assume that the actual transaction happened when the system have sold your house, which we can not check since it's been 3 months...
