Add sniper headshot instant kill again, People use sniper rifle less than before because of sniper animation.

Bad Idea sniper not better for headshot if it damage will be a little increased then it will be good but headshot is 1 shot kill and it will be easy kill for cops

Well , not only for cops. why not disable swat helmet? Everybody is suggesting to nerf cops. Remove swat helmet for sniper headshots , so everybody dies simply.
Sniper rifle is now a useless gun, nobody uses it as they use sawn-uzi/tec the most for their close fights.

Sniper rifle is still pretty useful when suspects are escaping in a car. You can also use it to drain health of a player if he is distracted by dealing with someone else (best use of sniper rifle)

Well yeah, you all are right about the aimbotters and blabla.
Atleast we could increase the damage of sniper rifle? or remove the animation? Nobody uses this gun as much as before.

I don't think the reload animation needs to removed nor should an instant headshot be put. It just needs to reward you for having good aim and instead the damage should be buffed. Before you think this would be overpowered, remember that the sniper rifle is a weapon for long distances (this doesn't mean you can't use it in a short range if you'd like) with a reloading animation to compensate for the change which I think should be: close range damage value to 76 (headshots should be 94), medium distance 67 (headshot 77), far distance 56 (headshot 68)
