Ban/infraction reason and details ~ DM/random attack

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? ~ According to the admin, I attacked/killed him for no reason while he was a cop but I was just getting my revenge on him.

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? ~ we've been taking revenges on players/cops that killed us, we headed to PD as one of the player we had revenge on was in jail. We reach PD and a cop standing outside attacked us and we killed him. Then another cop steps outside of PD and comes straight to us and starts to attack us and targets me since I was the only one who lost armor, anyways my crewmate attacks him too and gets the kill so my revenge was remaining. We refill and locate him and I get the kill and few moments later I was jailed for DM/Random attack and was given infraction points.
