Karbz promoted to Operations Manager, replacing trina as Community Manager

Hi everyone.

Sometimes, things need shaking up, and this is one of those times.

trina has resigned as Community Manager, and the staff team.

The role of 'Community Manager' has been renamed to 'Operations Manager' to better reflect the purpose and responsibilities of the role. @Karbz will be taking on this role, so please congratulate him. He will have the same duties and responsibilities that trina had as CM, including staff hiring/firing/discipline, developer liaision, complaint handling and so forth.
