Remove 'Roller skater' skins - ID 92 & 99

Please disable the following skin ids - 99 & 92.

These 2 skins give the players who use them an unfair advantage over players who choose to use a regular skin.  The speed at which these 2 skins can move around is a lot quicker than your standard skin where you can only run around.

The roller skates actually provide a bit of a speed boost, to the player is using them allowing them to move around more quickly. 

TL:DR - The skin is shit.

No, but Infernus requires skill to drive it. This skin just adds a lot of advantages over other players, keep in mind it moves faster, which adding 120 fps it's just a overkill

i dont know about you guys, but it's a pretty big +1 for me, fighting skater skins is just soo hard and pretty much an unfair advantage imo, imagine if you get chased by 2 skater skins then you're pretty much dead. its a really annoying skin for me and should be removed but thats my opinion tho

Skater skins are slow in grass and sand, so it is a great counter attack, like:

-You robbed the ls bank, and went to the hideout, Castillo Del Diablo, imagine your car gets flipped and explodes. You are in sand, your skater skin is pretty unsuable, you have disadvantage over the cop(s).
-Im not going to vote since i just shared my opinion about it.

It's not about being bad at aiming (which I'm not), it's about desync, packetloss and ping which makes fighting this skin just a suicide.

It becomes more difficult for the skater skin user to shoot too as he has to move his mouse much faster so I don't see any combat advantage here.

Yes it gives a huge advantage during cop chases (on foot) as the cop has to press his jump key till it pops out of his keyboard but the skater guy would simply slide all the way. But it is really painful to use that skin on grassy areas so that is enough for balancing it.

I don't think that skin should be removed since it is something different from the ordinary gameplay.

The skaters can be caugh while jumping, since the skater is slower than a normal skin by jumping.

So the cops can catch the skater criminals by tazing it.

This is another disadvantage, so it is balanced.

so let's suppose a player is wearing a rollerskater skin and is non threated (wanted too) how other cops are suppose to taze that guy? moves right, left at high speed. It is practically impossible to catch on foot. Of course there are places where this skin is useless like desert or grass. But most of the people who use it know it and avoid it. Fighting a normal skin against a rollerskater is also not very pleasant.

Most of the server's gameplay happens within the 'PINK' areas that are outlined on the map,  understanding there is a large portion of the map that is SAND/GRASS outlined in the green very rarely are players actually within these regions of the server unless evading police or actually chasing someone for revenge/bounty. 

So I do believe they should be disabled,  since the majority of players are very rarely going to be in the grass areas unless you're driving through or specifically doing a task that involves you being within that area.
