Minimum / Starting Fare price for Taxi Drivers

okay so this is aimed at people who come into your taxi, select a destination and then bail before you can take them to their destination

which gives you the message "fare cancelled" and you earn no money from the fare at all

just a tad bit annoying to drive someone half-way to their destination and not get paid anything

There is already a system whereby a cancelled fare will refund the passenger a proportionate amount of the fare. There’s no reason why it shouldn’t work the other way around too. Will add this.

I'm a bit confused with this one.

If a passenger cancels the taxi (or the taxi driver cancels), the passenger gets a refund proportionate to the distance driven towards the destination (e.g. if the driver took you half way, you get a half refund). The driver keeps all the money though. So I don't understand this suggestion.. Maybe it was something I did before and never closed this topic..
