Archived Events / Derby event with the new player count record

Yes, that's right we did it, we broke the new player count record to 79 players yesterday! As for the celebration I did a derby event on the server, I think it's the event with most player participated! Thanks for all the staff that helped me organizing the event and most importantly thanks to everyone for participating it! And here's the footage of it.
Sorry for the quality of the video if it's gets choppy, I think there's a problem with the rendering program

Rejected Suggestions / Newbie booster

So, I've been hearing some complaints from the newbies because earning money and scores is a bit hard with the cops around, and then I come up with this idea.
This booster will last 6 hours playtime in the server (cause I think 12 hours is too much, need your opinion about this). The booster can be obtained after they read /rules, /dm, and /pc for the first time, and they will receive a message that says "Thanks for reading our rules (PlayerName)! We have given you a booster, checkout /booster for more information."
And it should say like:
Thanks for your cooperation to agree with our terms, we have given you some bonus for 6 hours playtime in the server listed below.
Have fun playing in our server, and we hope you enjoy your stay at the server!

- Doubled money income.
- Increased score gain from doing activities by 50%.
- Reduced jail time and bail price. //I'm not sure how much the reduction should be

Implemented Suggestions / Ignore command

As the title says, an /ignore command and /ignorepm would be cool, the function is so when you do /ignore x the sender won't receive any chat from the x in the mainchat, /ignorepm works the same but it's in pm, thanks for reading.

Implemented Suggestions / Add a cancel option for CPR

So, this is a small feature but it's quite useful I'd say because sometimes when I'm about to take cover I'm doing CPR instead and a few shotgun shots to my face since I can't do anything while the CPR animation is in progress. Would be nice if this added, thanks!

Fixed Bugs / Treasure hunt hint bug

So I was doing treasure hunt and i found the third clue and someone started securicar mission so the final hint is overlapped by securicar mission, so the securicar time shows up instead of the hint.
I uploaded the two images just to make sure it wasn't ping issues.
EDIT: When the securicar mission ends, I typed /th the hint is working again
