Suspect who surrender near cop should be automatically arrested to avoid cop deathmatch. I have seen cops killing orange suspect who are unarmed, put their hands up and not causing any threats.

I’m against this as it forces a certain action upon players. It should be up to them.

^ That being said I do think it should prompt the cop to press N to cuff. Even if they aren't surrendering. Maybe people aren't aware enough of the cuff/arrest system and that's why they just kill.
