Add stalls

Add stalls which the players can buy and sell items like weapons medkits and drugs the other player can also Rob the players stall and the player which owns the stall will get notified about it.

I don’t think it’s necessary for now.It would be a good feature in future maybe,but not now.

Not a fan of this, sorry. Players might eventually be able to trade/sell their inventory stuff, but creating 'stalls' is not really a suitable thing for a non-RP SA-MP server.
