Please put a more relevant title, example "bug with helicopter rappling". Also the heli need to be stationary to use the rappling system as passenger because you will fall if you rapple while the heli still moving.

The reason you can’t is that the ‘rope’ can’t easily be made to move with the helicopter so it would be floating in mid air.
