My suggestion is to add a tag over orange or red crime head that tells us if we are allowed to take them down according to their crimes

If you're being attacked with fists by several people - like being ambushed by them, then kill them simply.

I disagree with saz's comment, it's not as simple. Nonea's comment is an example.
Think about all the exceptions there might be:
- players swimming
- players who got a weapon but never showed it to any cop, and they are not willing to use it against cops
- players ramming a cop with a car, and the cop has low health
And many more.

noob cops normally kill ppl without reason so if they go to water they will 100% kill that suspect.if they ram the cop they will get 2 stars.
also it will be like if someone attacked u with fist or smth some other cops may chase him so if that tag is over their head they will just kill him.

I'd say it would be "TAKEDOWN AUTHORIZED" above the perpetrator's head when they meet these requirements:
- have 6 stars;
- have fired a firearm in a certain radius (I'd say 50 meters*) and if a cop is a witness of such action;
- even though they aren't carrying a firearm, the action of shooting a firearm while a cop is a witness, it shows what I suggested above.

When such perpetrator has 5 stars or less they continue not being a deadly threat, just like it is stipulated right now in MCNR Cop Rules.

This above I suggest it for cops, for criminals it remains the same: "MOST WANTED" and for the rest of the civilians and other working class.

This sounds good, however an orange player who is firing a gun at you does not become immediately red, yet you are allowed to take him down.

yeah this needs to happen..there is no quickstring to show the closest criminal, nor to see the id of the player you're chasing (based on minimap) and if there are multiple suspects close to each other it's impossible to predict who is who, let alone doing /crimes command to see who you can or cannot shoot..on top of all that the /crimes cmd freezes you so you can't use it when near them.

This would actually stop confusion in game, and have less reports than usual.
But along with the tag that says take down authorized it should say "armed"

ye,mostly players say unarmed!. when we try to arrest them his other friend kill us while we r stuck in arresting anim . or they shoot us when
we try to arrest them . I'd say if they kill/assualt a cop like 10 or 20 mins ago. we'r allowed to kill them doesnt matter if he say unarmed!
