i was playing samp and my wifi lost connection repeatedly and my account in samp server is kinda reset but my level is stay just my score reseted please help me

1. Please use a relevant title for your posts. If everyone used the title ‘bug report’ how are we supposed to tell them apart? Your relevant title would be ‘Lost all my score’.

2. This happened 3 days ago. How did you only just notice this? You need to report things like this immediately so we have a better chance of investigating it and preventing it happening to others.

3. I have found the incident in the score logs. I will reinstate your score to what it would have been if you never got reset.

4. I will have to investigate this to prevent it happening to others. Can you explain what might have caused this? It happened when you robbed an atm and then robbed a bank. The ATM robbery gave you 1 score, then the bank robbery gave you 5 score and seemingly set your score to 0.

I will have to check some more logs later but if there’s anything further you could add to help resolve this please think and let us know.

Lag would not cause your score to reset. It’s a bug in the server script.

I will restore your score when I get home.

Your score has been set to 9200. This is what it would have been by now if the reset didn't occur, adding up what you had before the reset and what you had now.

I will investigate this issue further.

I have investigated this as much as possible however unfortunately I am missing some debugging logs due to the file size limit being reached.

Essentially what happens when you are given score:
myScore = oldScore + scoreGiven
Simple? But somehow myScore ends up as 0 afterwards, which makes zero sense. I am using the defualt SA:MP score system but have now made my own script-controlled system to keep track of score. Perhaps there is a rare SA-MP bug where your score is reset to 0 somehow.

I have also implemented the following:
If a player is given score, but their score afterwards is zero, it will revert your score back to what it was before. The change will be blocked and an error message will be logged.
