Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Becasue i don't ban evasion and i don't have basrenganying account, hotspots of WiFi Cafe
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I was looking for the tiki/horseshoe,etc and kill the people who take the securicar
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	No, I don't have crew and this is first time i'm playing this server, 5 hours playing
Any more information to provide?	I think I was banned for killing a player who has 1 star, I only played on my laptop and used the wifi cafe, that's all

Please avoid using public wifi as some of the banned players are using it and you might get the ban too, if possible use your home internet. Unbanned for now.
