People have been getting good with the sniper rifle and it's getting annoying to see people depend solely on the sniper rifle.
You can't even tell if someones aimbotting with a sniper rifle because of how over powered it is.
How many times have you been instant killed with the sniper rifle because someone shot you behind your back?
With the ballistic helmet you have a fighting chance against the player.
You may buy ballistic helmets for same/lesser price of a body armor.
They may break after 1/2 headshots (can change).

I -1 this idea as it will make sniper not worth using... It's a tool, and some are good with it. Best thing to do is to try to stay aware, it's very difficult to HS someone with a sniper from a distance..

Swat (cop) have this helmet already. Let's see what others say! (Personally, I don't use the sniper..)

Ballistic helmet is nice, but it should come with something that can balance it, such as it cost 10k per puchase in ammunation, or you will be slowing down as wearing the helmet. So it doesn't get that overpowered.

Rifles have already drunk animation so its already hard enough to aim . Helmet option will ruin rifle gameplay so ill give -1 here
