yes, it's a minor suggestion

but still, anything should be accepted if we're willing to give the server more growth.

basically, add /vehc command for donators to be instantly changing their vehicle color to whatever they want, including primary & secondary color.

doing this should cost you a bit of money, not much tho, atleast $150.

This is a feature in literally every server that isn't roleplay.

Every free roam server has this cmd. I don't understand how you can pinpoint a server he copied it from and even the point in doing so.

Anyways, +1. Should cost a bit, should have a cool down of 5-10 mins and shouldn't be allowed if you are wanted.

by that logic you'd be ripping off not one but a few servers, as mentioned above, and for what purpose? this server is already all about manually doing shit, fixing your car by getting out of it and pulling a wrench from your pocket, adding fuel from gas cans etc.
Adding a command to instantly change something doesn't really fit in, imo. Also I don't see how this would "increase server growth" either since it's not in any way useful or relevant for this game mode.
