Why is it taking too long? What's the issue? Is it bugged?

If cops arrest you before you pick it up, then make sure there are no cops near you before you take it.

Yes, it may not be long for you. You play 24/7  cop
if you play as a robber you can understand what it means

Yeah, I tried it out today, it's not that bad. If the cops are nowhere near, you have no issue robbing, if there are cops in the building then take care of them first.

I think it's way better then before, the only that would be a little improvement is maybe somehow prohibit fresh spawns from going instantly to the bank and rob it. So you can make a bit of a progression there. Because right now you can have 0 score, 0 everything, just go to the bank and start cracking it. Afcourse killing the guard first.

The animation changed in this update to balance it, Personally i think a long / short animation doesn't really matter.

I literally just changed it last update. It was changed for a reason. Bank robbery is the highest payout on the server but there are things which are more difficult than it (I think smuggling can be harder, and also take longer).
