He was a white player (Not Wanted) and started to chase me, when I stayed still he sniped me for no reason. Sorry for another report but this dude is really provocative.

i killed you because i wanted to escape and i thought everybody can kill a cop but then i asked Vectorman and he said that you should be atleast 2 stars to kill a cop so i am wrong in this situation and i apologize. Admin should jail me so i can suffer my punishment and be freely again

Mistakes happen and therefore you won't be punished,
You may not kill cops, only if they attempt to arrest you or kill you (chase or whatsoever).
