Add vortex to dealerships

So, why cant we drive the vortex? A helper said the Vortex was disabled from the server, but besides one thing i dont see why.
The only thing against it, is it amphibious capabilities, that maybe a bit OP during cop chases, but those are offset by its multiple flaws:

Its has a big profile;
Its slow;
Near to no grip while turning;
Bad at climbing;
Only one seat;
Hard to control;

With those weaknesses in mind, the vortex may be good to escape if you are next to the coast/river, but in a high speed chase in a city you'll be crashing literally everywhere. Cops can catch you easly.
I just wanted to have fun with a hovercraft.

It's extremely explosive in SAMP, like it sets all the other vehicles around it on fire if it blows up, and kills anyone who is even remotely close to it.

We tried to do an event with it and it was impossible.

it has aimbot when using drive-by mode.

If you can disable drive-by in this vehicle, then sure, why not?

Yeah.. pretty strange as I don't remember this happening in single player. One exploded during the event and anyone within 50 ft died.

It is far too OP. The fact that it can drive on land and water alone is reason enough not to include it.
