Tazer cooldown

Can you add more cooldown to tazer please . Once u get tazered theres no way to escape from it and its so annoying . Or just add a cop rule to arrest tazered players instead of shooting them with shotgun .

I agree tazer needs to be powerful enough so that a cop can take on more than one suspect at a time. But this, coupled with the unbreakable cuffs.. make this very overpowered.

+1  Tazers should be powerfull enough to down more suspects quick  but not to abuse them like this or like tazing the same suspect while he is alrready tazed which happend to me.
