server needs some changes

So basically,

The server is just becoming a Red VS Blue, Cops VS Robbers at the moment.

People camping bank and killing each other with no end.

And the reason(s) why are as followed:

- Bank robberies pay out the most and legal jobs pay out poorly.

That is the main issue right now.
Any excuse to use a weapon (that can wait for another day).

What I'm suggesting is...

Can we get some money buffs on other jobs, missions and etc? Please?


- Cop work and Medic work pay is too little and that Firefighters are not very useful.

Firefighters are just a weird hybrid of medics that can't cure diseases and a mechanic who can't do much.

Equipped with a police scanner that only spams you pointless information, they can't even offer the best of either class, and then just become substantially worse than both.

There's a plus side though. They do have a different job event, which is nice.



- Mechanic's are not very useful, hardly anyone uses them.

Frustratingly enough, if you accept someone's request for a mechanic, they'll just leave their car and find a new one (or just respawn their own).

Which in return, leaves you pretty much wasting 95% of your time, you don't even get money and score as a callout fee (which should be an implemented feature)


- Taxi mission is still too low and frustrating at times, only random first time joiners start taxi missions and never finish any (all regular players don't even bother with taxi's).

If a player bails out of a current fare, the taxi driver doesn't earn any money or score and the person bails?

Well he doesn't get any wanted level for fare evading either (this should be an implemented feature).


- No one does sweeper, trashmaster or trucking (unless it's for daily objective) cause the pay out is low.


- Robbing any store (apart from banks) rewards the players with random, 90% of the time a poor money payout.

People only rob stores for daily objectives and new players do it aswell, only just until they abruptly find out!

The payout sucks, let's just follow and leech rob the banks with everyone else.


- Rarely anyone does export or scrap vehicles (unless it's part of their daily objective) and the reason is cause the money is too low and the cooldown timers are too high.

Why waste your time, you're not roleplaying, just go rob the bank?


Long story short, majority of the job payouts are too low right now.

Your only worthwile schemes to earn money are either:

- playing a Cop to just arrest and ticket\bribe Criminals.

or

- you play as a Criminal (which is to just go rob banks and dm every blue square on the radar).

The money/score per min ratio is much higher than anything else on the server, so why would you even waste your time doing anything else?


Jut a note: this is 80% of the playerbase, the other 20% are, 15% new players and 5% of people just doing their own thing.

+1 I think money should be equal in everything, rather than have the same veterans rob the bank and not do anything else unless you're blue named.

I actually did use to scrap vehicles, modded ones, which pay out around 3-6k. But since now you can recall the cars, i can no longer do it properly.

Head'sup : if the money buffed expect vehicles price buffed as well you just start stealing money and get a big amount of money and use it to buy cars and houses wont be fair in any point

buff the money rate and the vehicles and houses prices so you can make it equal now

The amount of money bank for example gives is decent, but it's just too piss easy to get, no challenge script wise. Cops most of the time won't or can't defend the bank, so the scripts are the only thing protecting it and usually people get the explosives and boom, 10-200k just got made out of thin air in the server.

Car price increase was suggested in my topic already and Mike said it'll be done, when? Who the hell knows.

It's just some minor tweaks payout wise, a quick balance.

I know some other side activities can reward you with good cash rewards, fishing or house robberies and that's okay.

Even bank robberies are good and fun, it's just some other activities should pay-out a bit more than what they currently are.

Mark up the prices of some things on the server and lets spend some money on other things apart from vehicle recalls/repairs, healing and 2000+ overkill ammo.

I modified my original post to make it less of a rant and more of a suggestion.
