Hi hello, my name is yossi1312 and I can't buy a car on this server it doesn't give me the option to buy it only allows me to hum on closed

I was there assisting him , as soon as he hit red marker when in test drive ,the car despawned instantly and did not show any message. Never had this bug before but it happened on him.
