DM Warehouse.

As the title says, I'm suggesting that there should be a DM warehouse in each city that is active at the time.
These Dm warehouses can be used for DM events or just events in general.
I've included places that the Dm Warhouse can be in each city, and if this does get approved, maybe those locations will also be a good spot for it.

I checked the location of this place, and there seems to be nothing in there, just a cool looking interior that isn't being used. so maybe it can get replaced?

If you want to enter this place, you should be a civilian,not wanted, and cops are not allowed.
You can respawn in there as many times, with guns that are provided to you, along with armor.
Requirment to enter; 2 Players need to join or else you can't enter.
If there are 4 or more players, they can choose to vote for team deathmatch and random generate a team. Winning team gets abit of score and money. (It should just be fun, but if you want to add in money and score sure add that in.)

+1 if the DM opens with a minimum of 2 players. For example, you enter the DM and it says "Waiting for another player to join in" when there's only 1 player (so we don't evade the cops).

Also this should be implemented in a location in each city of San Andreas, meaning that if a player has at least 2 stars of wanted level shouldn't enter the DM warehouse once there's cops nearby, thus denying the evasion if successful entering the said warehouse.

The point of a Dm warehouse is to just have fun and blow off steam if you were pissed off at someone, you can bring them here and 1v1 them and show your true skills, without being wanted and worrying about a cop being outside.
