House Selling

Simply we should be able to sell our houses for the more price than we bought .

For ex. i have one house and i want to sell it , with this system i can sell it only for the same or lower price . But we should be able to sell it for more price  .So players can buy good props because owners will want to sell them .

I'd say negotiate with the seller... at a certain point I think people just won't entertain the idea of a house being sold for a certain amount.. If the person really wants it sold they'll negotiate.

Im suggesting this because we had this system on my previous cnr server and it was perfect . And as i said there will be limits . None will be able to sell a 100k value house for 500k

Even if there is no limits , its sellers problem because none will buy a 100k worth house for 1m .

Anyway i like the idea to sell houses and earn something, the current system is good, if mike will make something, i hope no one can sell houses for more than 50 percent of original value, but everyone will sell houses to earn and prices will increase as fuck even for a cheap small house, so i don't know what would be better.

Dude this system will make hoggers to sell their houses because they will make money from it . Otherwise they will keep prophogging

No man, i don't think so, no one will sell houses for value or less anymore. A good thing could be if you can't resell for more than 25% of original server value, so if you buy it charged of 25%, you can't earn anything and you must sell it at the same price or less, so market will be alive and maybe if you're lucky you can find houses for original server value (someone need a slot and sell it for value even if he paid the 25% more).
I think i will avoid selling my houses if i'm not sure i can get another house i like for a good price, it's boring for everyone if buying a nice house will be expensive. 25% is just an example, even something more is good, 100% earning means you can't find houses anymore for less than +50% (at least) of original value.

Do you guys accept that you will never have good props cus owners wont sell them ?

No one will sell a castle if he really like it, even if he can earn the 100 %

Looking at the script you should currently be able to sell a property for $50k more than its value.

If this is correct, this is a suggestion to increase that amount. I will increase it to $1m if so.
But your original post states you can only sell it for the original price. Can you not sell it for $50k more? If so this is a bug report also.

I could sell my house property  for 200k and sold it for 115k to the bank, i say we should take at least 150k in this case when we sell it to the bank
