Wanted Lvl-warrant

So when im with 2 or more stars and the game decide to crash or somehow lose connection (relog) from no where  when i get in game im in jail even if there is no cop nearby thats pretty stupid. So if its possible to add some time so you can relog in like 2-3 mins and not end up in jail it would be kinda better  cuz its so simple to just relog and end in jail cops show no effort...

Idk both of the suggestions where should be placed,  cuz i see lot of ppl complaining about this i made a suggestion out of it :)

'Quit to avoid' should only count if cops are very close by, I guess.

Not q to avoid, my game crash. And sometimes affects opposite such as no cops nearby still end up in jail
