Police mission bug

Okay so first of all, the mission ask me go to crime scene and gather evidences, talk to nearby npc and blah blah blah....then it ask me talk to Sweet,Ryder and Big Smoke.
After talking with them then instruction ask me to go back crime scene for further investigation, when I came back, this happened :



So then I thought this is just regular bug and I decided to go back and do it all again, then this shows up right after I left the crime scene



And my mission failed apparently for some reason(while I'm uploading screenshot on discord and asking for help

I experienced this too. It's something relating to some of the suspects being outside the area and some being inside. It's quite a complicated script so I'll have to find the time to debug this at some point.

Additional bug for police mission :

I can't pop his tyres, I can't block the NPC with cars and so do I can't tazer the NPC, as in the end of the video you can see, after I shot my tazer on the NPC and it's sliding all the way to the helicopter,which makes this mission impossible to complete.I'm not sure if this is bug or not but I can't find a way to complete it.

NPCs are not interactive in SA-MP. You can't stop the vehicle or kill the NPC. You have to follow the vehicle until the end, then when they get out you just need to get close to them to capture them.

Yo I just found a way to complete all of these mission, just run and jump closer to the criminal, take out your tazer and press N while behind of them, tazer should be auto fired and they would be arrested as well.

Whenever I tried it, I tested running forward him couple times, behind him the gap between us was around 10cm. So I literally was rubbing, but I'll try again whenever I see that mission.

FYI, some of the mission NPC won't even get arrested by you in any way, not in tazer not in close up to their back (I have video too if you want). Most of them are able to get arrested and it's like lucky draw.

I will try if i can replicate it again.

EDIT: Tried but unable to replicate, guess it's a rare bug. Locked then,
