Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	–
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I was on duty as a cop, following a MW. By the time I arrived near him, I saw that he was on pause (there was only the pause icon near the name, no info on chat). After 2-3 seconds he disappeared from my location and appeared on another one (not too distant from mine), so I started to follow again. When I arrived near him, same thing happened - he was paused and then disappeared. This time I thought I was having some lag so I controlled my ping (which was aroung 50-60) and typed on chat (using /w), and everything seemed to be ok. After a short time the ban dialogue box appeared (from this I understood that I was having lag).
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	I don't know, maybe the MW. Should ask him if he saw me near him any of this times.
