Ok so when a player uses /whisper and they are shooting out of a vehicle as passenger, after they whisper an animation plays they are put back in the vehicle forcing the player to exit and enter the vehicle again to drive-by.
just a tad bit annoying when trying to communicate with nearby players / driver.
