Tazer is over-powered

Players get arrested easily since the taser is overpowered (in my own opinion), players rage quit.
please add time between a tase attempt.

Small changes won't change the fact that it's over-powered,
1) it can be shot in far distance
2) It doesn't let the player have the chance to fight back.
3) players ragequit
4) Jail time is too much for a small playerbase, don't compare us to other servers.

Decrease the duration when you got tazed like 2-3 secs and the criminal have chance to escape or fightback..idk with all of you guys gonna say this..

Tried this in a far away distance, and it won't work.

P.S: I verified the tazer distance and came up with the conclusion that tazer distance should be reduced to something like this.
