Decrease the jail time (We have a small playerbase, it's frustrating)

Since police have tasers, criminals have no chance but to run away, just decrease the time in prison.
I don't know but you but it's frustrating to get prisoned that fast, can't really do nothing,
%80 of the server are cops, we need to balance it.

I agree with it, also I really recommend to change the jail time for seconds instead of minutes and make it faster, it's still very slow
