One handcuff per cop
« on: May 07, 2019, 05:45:42 pm »
- Players that have broken out of cuffs once cannot do it again for 5 minutes to prevent endless cuff-escape-cuff-escape-repeat.

So my suggestion is that cops could carry only one pair of handcuffs. So if player menage somehow to brake cuffs same cop wouldn't be able to cuff him again or other players before he gets new pair of handcuffs at base. And if cop deliver player in red checkpoint to drop him in jail he would get new cuffs.
We have to balance power right ? And maybe cop could pick another pair of cuffs from police car ?

As cop progress he can unlock more cuffs or unlimited cuffs slots on max level.

I plan to add an inventory system in the future. This feature will only be possible once that is implemented.

Thinking about this again. How would a cop detain a suspect with no cuffs? They would just end up killing them. I don’t want to encourage that. The tazer/cuff system is mainly there because you can’t tackle players to the ground like you could in real life and restrain them.

Hmmm, I'm not sure about this,
I think we should stick to what we have.
