Name: Headshot Effect
Suggestion: Remove Headshot Effect with Sniper(when hitting player in the head with sniper puts you to death).
Reason Why This Should Be Implemented: This must be removed in order to balance out with the rest of the weapons. Knowing only the police force has access to sniper(and civilians over lvl 70) is a good reason why majority of pursuits end up with a suspect being headshotted instead of arrested.

Inability for civilians to have Sniper Rifle in the early game and ability of beginner cops to obtain one puts a grand inbalance between the classes. Besides, no other weapon has the headshot effect and on a CnR server its pretty annoying because the point of the mode is the pursuit, shootout. Every police officer tends to use this and only this weapon against the suspects because they will almost always win, even if someone experienced came shooting with a double sawn off.

In one side that which is annoying I agree with you but in another side, it's more realistic thing and fair. I mean if you think about it if you got shot from a Sniper on your head, you must be dead.

But, what about making it like if the player has armor you need to be shot twice on your head, if you don't have armor, you should be died immediately.

Almost any weapon whose bullets hit you in the head will most certainly cause immediate death. However, in our community, only sniper has that ability.

Originally all weapons were instant death by headshot at close range but I changed it to only work for sniper. I do see this being abused however and will probably remove the instant kill for anything other than close range.

This can be abused, please reduce/remove that.
I suggest changing the headshot system.

I can imagine this disturbance lol.
I just had an idea about implementing the "floating sight". The concept is to switch player drunk level whether they're aiming, imho that would make a good contribution to the firearms balance and bring the experience closer to realism

Yes, it needs to be removed or make some adjustment. It's turning this server into dm server. Some players becomes wanted just to hunt down cops and headshot them over and over. It gets annoying after a while. I even seen cops headshothing players in arrest range when suspect is unarmed.

Headshot effect shouldn't be removed. Instead, add a helmet feature that protects your head from getting headshot (once or twice) for only $300/$600.

In the next update (1.0.11) I have made the following changes:
- While aiming using a sniper the player's camera will now sway to reduce accuracy especially over long distances.
- Sniper headshots are no longer instant kill unless close range.
- The sniper is now bolt-action. It must be reloaded after every shot, meaning fire rate is reduced.
- Sniper damage slightly reduced for medium and long range.
