Unable to change back to civilian

I'm currently a mechanic. When i go to change skin at the clothes store, the only skins i can choose from are 3 mechanic skins. I was told to go off-duty and then try, but when I try to do it, on the checkpoint at xoomer, I click on yes and nothing happens. No message, alert, notifications..nothing at all. I had this same issue a week ago when I decided to test out the mechanic skin and I'm still stuck with it.

I tried switching to a cop at police department, and I was able to do it. But, when i go off duty as a cop i instantly get back to the on-duty mechanic.

So, long story short, as a mechanic i'm unable to go off duty and change skin/job to a normal regular civilian.

This is odd, I never had this issue when I become a mechanic, if I want to go off duty from a mechanic, I'd revert back to my old skin instead and it would just do it for me.

Well Mike had right when he said he can't follow everything.
This bug did show up about ten days ago, but i guess we forgot about it in the meantime , the bug was told to our boss but a lot of info caused a lot of forgets.
Hope this will be fixed ASAP!

This has now been fixed. You may need to change your skin before being able to go on/off duty. Essentially your ‘civilian’ skin has been saved as a skin which is actually a job skin. I need to run a script to go through the database and fix accounts with the wrong skin saved.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I changed it yesterday from shades to chuppy.

I have set your civilian skin to a non-job skin. You now just need to change it at a clothes shop.
